HELD is a ceremonial experience crafted for the Kink and BDSM community—an inclusive space to explore the art of surrender, not just as a dynamic, but as a spiritual practice of healing, embodiment, and connection.

Whether you live in your Dominance, your submission, your switch, or your sacred curiosity—this ceremony is for you.

What to Expect

In this 2-hour ceremony, you will be gently guided into an immersive experience of surrender, embodiment, and sacred connection.

Together, we will move through:

✅ A ceremonial cacao ritual to open the heart and body
✅ A shamanic journey to meet the Medicine Spirit of Mama Cacao, where you’ll explore what it means to surrender and receive her wisdom
✅ Energetic Alchemy to support deep emotional release, spiritual connection, and the clearing of stagnant or blocked energy
✅ Somatic practices to support nervous system regulation and emotional release
✅ Breathwork and gentle movement to help melt tension and deepen into receptivity
✅ Intentions and integration to help you ground the experience and carry it forward with clarity and care

🧺 What You’ll Need

🧘‍♀️ A yoga mat and blanket – to stay grounded and comfortable during the ceremony


🖊️ Journal & pen – for reflections, insights, and integration


☕ A mug for your cacao – choose one that feels special to you and honors the spirit of the ceremony


💧 A water bottle – to stay hydrated and support your body throughout the experience


🕯️ An item to place on the altar – bring something sacred or meaningful to you (a collar, rope, candle, crystal, etc.) to be charged with the energy we create together. When you place it on the altar, it becomes an energetic anchor—amplified and infused with the intentions of the ceremony.


🌺 An offering – bring something to gift the spirit of Mama Cacao in honor of the medicine she will share with you. This can be a flower, a piece of fruit, a poem, a written prayer, or any symbolic object that comes from your heart. Offerings are a sacred exchange—a way to honor the spirit and thank her for the healing, softness, and connection she brings.
